This systematic literature review evaluated the impact of nodular prurigo (PN) on patients’ quality of life and identified key unmet needs. Findings demonstrated a substantial burden across physical, emotional, social, occupational and sleep-related domains, with high rates of anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation.
