Sequence analysis of three different treatment alternatives for patients with left-side RAS wild type metastatic colorectal cancer in Spain

What is the profile of axial spondyloarthritis patients treated with ixekizumab and its effectiveness in clinical practice? Results from the ESPADA study

Interleukin-17A inhibitors (IL-17Ai) have become a first-line option for axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) patients unresponsive to NSAIDs, alongside tumor necrosis factor inhibitors, per ASAS-EULAR guidelines. Real-world evidence remains limited.

The ESPADA study, a retrospective observational study in Spain, evaluated ixekizumab (IXE) in routine practice. Most patients had long-standing, active axSpA with prior biologic treatment, yet over half maintained IXE treatment at one year, supporting its use as a viable therapy.
