Best General Podium Presentations Award for the study Medication adherence and persistence in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM): patients perspective in the Spanish Health care system, at the 19th annual European edition of ISPOR held in Vienna in 2016.
A patient-centered investigation of the factors and strategies that patients with diabetes consider essential for their treatment adherence. Our results could help healthcare professionals improve poor adherence by incorporating patients’ views and preferences.
