During the event, PASCUAL BENET, psychologist and coach, introduced us to the concept of the liquid society and the importance of adapting our organisations to this new reality. He told us about the TEAL or “turquoise” organisation, where the main focus is the well-being of people and the construction of solid links.
In addition, we had the opportunity to participate in a cooking workshop at Cook Lovers (Gasma – Campus Universitario de GastronomΓa y Management Culinario). One group immersed themselves in the art of preparing delicious tapas, while another ventured into the world of paellas, allowing those who are not from the area to immerse themselves in our rich Valencian gastronomy. During this culinary experience, we remembered and missed Maria Soler Martinez and Marco Hatem Vaquero.
This day taught us an invaluable lesson about the importance of adapting to change and putting people’s well-being at the centre. We took with us new knowledge, delicious flavours and the desire to continue strengthening our team bonds in an ever-changing world.
