Health-related quality of life in patients living with Wilson disease in Spain: a cross-sectional observational study

Cross-sectional observational study conducted in patients diagnosed of Wilson disease.

The results of the study show a high proportion of patients with impairment mainly in the emotional domain.

Although many patients are satisfied with the treatment, they feel that they have to take too many tablets daily, which could affect adherence.

The study indicates that there is a low percentage of patients who are fully adherent to treatment.
