A systematic review of the literature on the Home Care Services published until now and their impact on different Patient and Economic Outcomes. In general, home care services improve patients’ adherence to medication, patient satisfaction, and health-related quality of life. In addition, most services showed that home services might lead to substantial cost savings compared to standard care.
