Estimation of the social return on investment (SROI) in optimizing secondary prevention of fragility fractures in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis with the aim of 1) defining and agreeing on the actions needed to optimize secondary prevention of fragility fractures in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis; 2) estimating the clinical and social impact of these actions in this patient population; 3) quantifying the social value generated with the optimization of secondary prevention of fragility fractures by the SROI method.
