Last week, we enjoyed the annual teambuilding day. This year, we were celebrating the tenth anniversary of Outcomes’10 so it was much more special.
We prepared T-shirts, caps and backpacks with the new corporate image and equipped our team for the day. The location chosen for aour get-together was Alcoceber, a beautiful village d on the Azahar Coast.
We carried out two activities that helped us strengthening the bonds of our team, while also encouraging creativity and giving us the chance to celebrate all the successes achieved in the last 10 years.
Firstly, we recollected the main milestones of our company by means of a fun bicycle scavenger hunt.
Next, we carried out an activity using the LEGO SERIUS PLAY methodology that stimulated the innovation and creativity of our team; and in which we also reinforces our company values and remembered what our essence as a company is.
Finally, we had lunch together in a beautiful place where we enjoyed the views offered by the mountains of the natural área of the Sierra de Irta.
